Our Values Matter and Shape Our Work

We focus beyond the horizon to identify transformative opportunities. We are fearlessly curious and work to boldly reimagine what’s possible. We build together with our Walmart associates as well as external partners. We lead with humanity and act with integrity because people are at the center of all we do.

The Constant Pursuit
of Innovation

Store Nº8 was formed in 2017 as part of Walmart’s larger innovation mission and is named after the eighth Walmart store, where Sam Walton tested new ideas. Our guiding principle is one with Walmart: to help customers and associates save money and live better.
